OPTIMA® System integration signals for the regulation and automation of a ceramic dryer.

Last year 2020, OXYCOMB Systems installed in an important ceramic tile company from Almeria several temperature and humidity measurement systems for the regulation of its ceramic dryers.

In order to further improve the process, OXYCOMB takes a step forward by automating it and thus reducing, even more so, electricity and thermal consumption (above 20%). In addition to energy savings, an improvement in product quality has been achieved by reducing condensation in the drying process.

With this project, Oxycomb Sistemas continues to advance its goal of improving in aspects of energy efficiency in the different sections of the ceramic production process.
