Oxygen analyzers make continuous, direct measurements of percent O₂, pressure, temperature, and percent carbon in flue gases inside industrial furnaces and boilers. In addition, we have OPTIMA-CO® technology, which, apart from these measurements, calculates the CO₂ and CO values, differentiating itself as an exclusive solution on the market.
These oxygen analyzers are non-extractive type and operate in a temperature range of 550°C to 1,550°C. Thanks to this, they eliminate the risk of erroneous signals, obstructions in sampling, problems due to condensation in the line or the need for sample conditioning.
Installation of the oxygen analyzers is extremely simple, requiring only insertion into the hot chamber. It is not necessary to take samples or purge, since the measurement cell, being inside the chamber, directly analyzes the composition of the gases in real time.
Oxygen analyzers can be mounted horizontally or vertically depending on each application. We have a wide range of supports and protective barriers for mounting equipment. The retransmission of the signals is carried out through shielded hoses and low impedance connectors so that the existence of electrical noise does not affect the measurements.
Oxygen analyzers are designed to resist mechanical impacts and sudden changes in temperature, thanks to their manufacture with high quality materials. They require minimal maintenance, with annual cleaning and certification being sufficient. In addition, each piece of equipment is delivered with its corresponding quality certificate.
