SAD50®
PROCESS SUPERVISION AND REGISTRATION SOFTWARE
The SAD50 software allows real-time graphing of the measurements taken by the OPTIMA® / BLUESKY® / OXCEMS® analyzers. With these measures, the client can conveniently regulate the different variables involved in the combustion process (air/gas pressure in burners, general combustion air fan, smoke suction chimney fans, direct and indirect cooling, final cooling, recirculation motors, etc.).
SAD50 includes a 7”, 10”, 12” or 15” color touch terminal, depending on the model. It displays the values of all measurements: O2%, temperature*, static pressure*, CO2%*, CO*, NOx*, SO2*, CH4*, particles*, opacity*, relative humidity*, flow rate*, gas velocity*, energy efficiency*, lambda factor*, etc. All measurements can be calibrated from the interface by the user.
In addition, it also presents synoptic graphs of the kiln, trend curves, historical data, reports, alarms, reports, PID control loops, configurable recipes, emissions counting, consumption, etc. It has a USB port for downloading and analyzing data on an external PC and a Modbus RTU connection for communication with other control equipment on the client’s network
